  • 2 slices white sandwich bread
  • 1 slice beef bologna
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toast one slice of bread in the air fryer for 1 minute; repeat for the second slice.
  3. Remove the casing from the bologna and cut four slits around its edge to prevent curling. Air fry for 3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Assemble your sandwich: spread mayonnaise on one slice, layer with Cheddar cheese, bologna, tomato, and lettuce, then finish with Dijon mustard on the other slice.
