Air Fryer Apples are a delightful and healthy treat that combines the sweetness of apples with warm cinnamon flavors, all ready in just 10 minutes. This versatile dish can be served as a scrumptious dessert topped with ice cream or enjoyed as a comforting side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 small/medium Gala apples
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon (divided)
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Core and slice the apples into ½ inch pieces, leaving the skin on if desired. Toss them in a bowl with canola oil, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Lightly coat the basket with oil if desired.
  3. Arrange apple slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, toss the apples in a mixing bowl with melted butter, remaining cinnamon, and sugar before serving warm.
