  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Asiago Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs or Panko
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Canola Oil
  • Homemade Alfredo Sauce (Optional)
  • Jar of Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all cheeses with eggs and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  3. Spread cheese filling onto each noodle, roll tightly, and repeat.
  4. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs and breadcrumbs; dip each rolled noodle first in eggs then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray and arrange fritta in a single layer. Cook for 12–16 minutes until golden brown.
