  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
