  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/41/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Homemade pie crust or biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the apples into thin pieces; combine in a mixing bowl.
