  • 1 avocado, diced or sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 45 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or lettuce mix
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
