  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
