  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)

  • ¼ cup shredded white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
  3. Coat the potatoes with canola oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 60-90 minutes until fork-tender.
