  • 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 large lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11 ½ lbs jumbo shrimp, deveined
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot, combine water and beef broth (if using). Bring to a boil and add Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce to taste, onion, and lemon wedges. Boil for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add chicken sausage and baby potatoes; cook for another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Introduce crab clusters, shrimp, and corn. Ensure everything is submerged; boil for an additional 5–7 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter sauce by melting butter in a small saucepan with minced garlic and seasonings over medium heat; stir for about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Using a spider strainer or slotted spoon, transfer seafood and veggies to a lined baking sheet. Drizzle garlic butter sauce over the top before serving.
