  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 sheet pie crust or puff pastry
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pastry and fit it into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; press into the pan over the pastry.
  4. Bake the beef for 15 minutes; drain excess grease.
  5. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard until smooth. Spread over the cooked beef.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate and serving.
