  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup flour for streusel topping
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder for streusel topping
  • 1/4 cup sugar for streusel topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for streusel topping
  • 1 tablespoon milk for streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
