  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 6 pieces kaiser rolls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out centers gently to create bowls.
  4. Brush the inside of each bread bowl with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  5. Bake bread bowls at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture.
  8. Top generously with shredded parmesan cheese; return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
