  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take one noodle and place about 1/4 cup filling at one end; roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
