  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small bowl, then pour over chicken and green beans. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
