Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Mix sliced chicken with the dressing and toss with the salad mixture.
  5. Halve croissants lengthwise; optionally toast them. Fill each croissant with the salad mixture and top with remaining Parmesan cheese and croutons.
