  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, both soups, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated and sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
