  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and cook the sliced chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
