  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 cups ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup + extra turbinado sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tsp whole milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your peaches by dicing them.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter with turbinado sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla extract; fold in diced peaches.
