  • 1 bunch scallions or green onions
  • 4 campari tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  1. Peel and chop the russet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
