  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and scramble the egg mixture until cooked through.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; cut into pieces.
  5. Assemble sliders: Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them. Place bottoms in baking dish. Layer with cheese, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and remaining cheese before placing tops of rolls on.
  6. For ranch butter topping: Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush over slider tops.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are warmed.
