  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, sliced apple, dried cranberries, optional carrots, and nuts.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
