  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted unsalted pecans
  • 6 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch seams together to form one sheet.
  3. Cut the dough into 24 squares and press each square into the greased muffin cups.
  4. Cut Brie into small pieces and place one piece inside each square. Top with cranberry sauce, pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
