  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear each chicken breast for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk together the chicken broth and softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning as needed, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the seared chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over them. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
