  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until crumbly. Press two-thirds into the baking dish for the crust.
