  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely minced (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, ensuring they are completely dry.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
