  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
  5. After cooking, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the pot.
  6. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  7. Cover again and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour until biscuits are cooked through.
