  • 34 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 14 oz high-quality smoked kielbasa
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer half of the diced potatoes in a slow cooker, followed by half of the kielbasa and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
