  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 croissants
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup half and half

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the sliced croissants on a baking sheet for 7-8 minutes until golden.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the turkey bacon until crisp (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and half and half until smooth.
  4. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until soft curds form.
  5. Assemble sandwiches with cheddar cheese at the bottom of each croissant, followed by turkey bacon and scrambled eggs.
