  • 1 cup red grapes (halved)
  • 3/4 Granny Smith apple (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (toasted)
  • 4 croissants
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F for toasting the pecans.
  2. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool and chop.
