  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sea salt, and sugar until combined. Add heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Beat the eggs in another bowl until fluffy, then gradually add them to the custard mixture while whisking.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
