  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup flour (for topping)
  • ½ cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • ¼ cup cold butter (cubed, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice, and flour until thoroughly combined. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
