  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (flaky or coarse)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water; let it foam for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
