  • 8 slices brioche or challah bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of four bread slices. Top with sliced strawberries and a spoonful of strawberry jam. Place the remaining bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
