  • 12 oz linguine
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides for about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
