  • 68 cups green leaf lettuce
  • 15 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 4 oz queso fresco cheese (crumbled)
  • Olive oil
  • Ancho chili powder
  • Garlic
  • Fresh thyme
  • Lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
