  • 1 box instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 baking pan with vegetable oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well mixed.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into small pieces in a bowl. Mix in the frosting until well combined.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Melt candy melts in intervals until smooth. Dip lollipop sticks into candy melts before inserting them into each cake ball.
  7. Dip each cake pop into melted candy melts and decorate with sprinkles while still wet.
