  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (divided)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined. Press into a tart pan and chill.
  2. For the filling, melt dark and milk chocolate with 1 cup of heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Allow to cool slightly and mix in chilled butter.
  3. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt white cooking chocolate and pipe concentric circles on top of the tart, using a toothpick to create a spiderweb design.
  5. Garnish with chocolate-covered almonds as edible spiders before serving.
