  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup brown rice (or quinoa/cauliflower rice)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cucumber

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions (about 20 minutes).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, and avocado oil.
