  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, celery, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic; sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, and paprika; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in the bone broth and let simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes.
