  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp fresh lemon juice (adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, lemon juice, and zest. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
