  • Warm water (6 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango Layer: Bloom 1 teaspoon of vegan gelatin in 2 tablespoons warm water for 10 minutes. Heat mango puree with bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  2. Prepare the Cream Layer: Bloom remaining gelatin in 2 tablespoons warm water for 10 minutes. Combine milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan, heating until sugar dissolves. Stir in bloomed gelatin until well mixed.
  3. Assemble: Pour the cream mixture over the set mango layer and refrigerate for another 4 hours or until fully set.
