  • 1.5 cups potato gnocchi
  • Salt and Tuscan Marry Me blend to taste
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 3 tbsps cooking apple vinegar (or chicken stock)
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in chicken stock.
  4. Add shredded chicken, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings, and apple vinegar; mix well.
