  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, coat chicken pieces with olive oil and seasonings (Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through; remove from pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for one minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk; heat for 2–3 minutes before adding mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce until fully coated. Serve with seared chicken on top.
