  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush graham crackers in a food processor. Combine with sugar and melted butter; press into a deep dish pie plate.
  2. In a saucepan, heat cranberries with orange juice until boiling. Stir in orange zest and sugar; simmer until thickened. Let cool.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then mix half into softened cream cheese and cooled cranberry filling.
  4. Spread cranberry mixture over the crust, top with remaining whipped cream, and chill for at least four hours before serving.
