  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo pieces
  • 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with sugars and vanilla; then add eggs.
  3. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in Oreo pieces and crumbs.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop cookie dough, flatten slightly, place cheesecake filling in the center, wrap dough around it, and roll in additional Oreo crumbs if desired.
  5. Bake for about 14 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Cool before serving.
