  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • Optional: 2 cups diced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, green peppers, and optional mushrooms; sauté until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned.
  4. Pour in French onion soup and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cubed cream cheese; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Incorporate cooked rotini and dried parsley; mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups mozzarella cheese; top with remaining cheese.
  8. Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
