  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay down cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on top.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar layer and cover with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and shape into a ball using rubber bands for support.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Decorate with a bell pepper stem before serving.
