  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until fully combined.
