  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
  4. Take one chicken breast and place a portion of the filling in the center. Roll it tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
