  • 1 large shallot (finely diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon black vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • Optional: diced scallions and chili crisp for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil water and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. While noodles are cooking, dice shallot and mince garlic.
  3. 3. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat avocado oil. Add shallots and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
